Another day, another evening with Mr. Matheson's family ruined by his commitment to the arts. But I'd really prefer to talk about Touched by an Angel.

This odd show back in the 90s about two angels traveling the country to fix things for the common folk. Highway to Heaven did it better a decade prior, but I enjoyed CBS's version in the 90s quite a bit. I'm having trouble coming up with a modern equivalent, especially with the supernatural side. The Last of Us definitely has a similar story engine. This format helps shows function both as an ongoing character study and an anthology series.
