“Thanksgiving Through The Years: The 90s” – Mr. Matheson’s Arithme-TIPS for November 28, 2024

And now we arrive in the 1990s, where I spent the best of my formative years. Mostly, I did the same thing Billy Matheson is doing here, namely played on an IBM-compatible PC running MS-DOS/Windows. One of my original 90s World Wide Web sites is still hosted over on Tripod. My computer nerd background also inspired Zoo of Zero Tolerance, where the internet and AOL Instant Messenger factor pretty heavily into the plot. It's also the decade this comic strip is set in, so it seemed like a great place to end our Thanksgiving week on.

Check back tomorrow for an ode to a phenomenon that is thankfully less prevalent than it used to be... BLACK FRIDAY.

Latch on to learning!
